Outdoor Ice Skating Rinks

Grab your skates & helmets and head out for some great winter fun!

Check out some favorite local spots.

Note: Ice Skating conditions are typically subject to weather conditions and amount of use.  Some rinks may be for residents only.  Please check Covid Guidelines before attending. Please confirm before attending. 

Roby Park - Spitbrook Road, Nashua
  • General Skate- 10am to 8pm (NO HOCKEY)
  • Hockey Hours- 8pm to 10pm

Four Corners- Sargent Ave, Nashua
  • General Skate- 11am to 4:30pm & 6pm to 10pm (NO HOCKEY)
  • Hockey Hours- 8am to 11am & 4:30pm to 6pm

Shepard Park - Milford
  • General Skate - From dawn through 8 PM when the lights automatically shut off.
  • Hockey Hours - Mon through Thurs   6-8 pm and Sundays 7-10 am.

AMS Rink - Amherst, Located next to the Amherst Middle School on the tennis courts
  • Monday - Friday
    8am-10:30am—Free Skate
    10:30am-2:40pm Closed for Maintenance
    2:40pm-4pm—Hockey Only
    4pm-7pm—Free Skate/No Hockey
    7pm-10pm—Hockey Only
    Saturday & Sunday
    8am - 3pm- Free Skate/No Hockey
    3pm - 6pm– Hockey Only
    6pm-8pm—Family Skate/No Hockey
    8pm-10pm—Hockey Only

Davis Lane Rink- Amherst, Located on the Davis Lane Tennis Courts.  Parking is in front of the rink and rink access is by the paved walkway to the open gate.  
  • Monday - Friday
    10am – Dusk - Free Skate
    Saturday
    8am - 10am - Free Skate
    10am - 2pm– Closed for Ice skating lessons (1/16—2/13)
    2pm-Dusk– Free Skate
    Sunday
    8am—Dusk - Free Skate
    The Rink Closes at Dusk.  No Night Skating is permitted on the Davis Lane Rink.

Watson Park- Merrimack
  • Lights will be available in the evenings and will turn on automatically at dusk and turn off at 9:00 pm.
  • The rink is designed for recreational use only and is not designed for competitive hockey games. 

Dorrs Pond - Manchester
  • Weather permitting, Dorrs Pond in Livingston Park is cleared of snow, making a delightful outdoor skating venue free of charge. There is a Warming Hut adjacent to the pond where patrons can use the restrooms and warm up by the wood stove.
    Please call the (603) 624-6444 to find if the ice is considered "safe to skate on."

Educational Farm at Joppa Hill- Bedford 
  • Jan 11-15: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 3:30-5:30

Goffstown Ice Rink- Goffstown, Located adjacent to the Recreation Building on 155 S Mast St.
  • Mondays: 9am to 9pm –Free Skate ONLY
    Tuesdays: 9am to 3pm and 6pm to 9pm Free Skate, 3pm to 6pm Hockey
    Wednesdays: 9am to 9pm –Free Skate ONLY
    Thursdays: 9am to 3pm and 6pm to 9pm Free Skate, 3pm to 6pm Hockey
    Fridays: 9am to 3pm and 6pm to 9pm Free Skate, 3pm to 6pm Hockey
    Saturdays: 9am to 12pm Hockey, 12pm to 9pm Free Skate
    Sundays: 9am to 12pm Hockey, 12pm to 9pm Free Skate

Brookline Ice Rink- Brookline,  Located in the parking lot of the Brookline Ball Field on Milford St.
