Students attend yoga classes for many reasons. Some to relax and reduce stress from the fast pace of modern life. Some for a workout to increase flexibility and strength. Others for inner peace, balance and overall well-being. I hope my yoga studio will help students develop a safe yoga practice in keeping their personal intentions true for themselves to whatever brings them to their yoga mat.
My studio offers Mindfulness, Gentle, Yin, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Strength, Private Yoga and Chair Yoga. Take care of yourself and feeling alive on your yoga mat this summer!

I love to teach Yin, Yang, Vinyasa flow, Mindfulness and Chair Yoga. I have been a teacher since 2015 and have been practicing over 21 years. I enjoy skiing, tennis and bike riding, the Yang to my Yin! What brought me to Yoga? I had a very bad car accident that broke my neck and both legs! I was always in pain years after. I tried a local yoga class and was immediately hooked at how it made me feel mentally, physically and spiritually. I hope my studio helps students feel welcomed and like an old friend that walks in. May your practice bring you peace, health and happiness. I hope you will join our community of kind, gentle and compassionate students and teachers.
