Phantom Gymnastics was founded in 2006! We offer gymnastics programs for all age groups and skill levels from beginner through advanced, as well as competitive teams. Our goal is to provide a safe and caring environment where each child is encouraged to develop gymnastics skills, strength, social skills, self-esteem and confidence. With unparalleled customer service, we strive to gain the respect and trust of our customers - students, and parents alike - by attention to safety, skill advancement, and meeting the individual needs and goals of each student.
Phantom Gymnastics also offers clinics, day camp and team camps, tumbling, birthday parties and open gym for pre-school as well as school-aged children.
Our coaches are USAG & CPR certified.
Open Gym is time for children of all ages to come and explore all of the fun activities we have to offer. You are able to take full advantage of all of our equipment to include: 40' x 40' floor, trampoline, 2 tumble tracks, balance beams, uneven bars, 2 foam pits, and endless mats and props!
Children under the age of 6 should have a parent accompany them during open gym. Children ages 6+ are free to use the facility without parent accompaniment. All Open Gyms are staffed by at least one of our staff members to help with set up of training aids, spotting and SAFETY!!!!
Phantom Gymnastics is located at 142 State Route 111, Hampstead, NH. We are located in a 65,000 square foot facility with usage of 3 indoor fields, concessions, and viewing areas. Training space consists of 15,000+ square feet, with state-of-the-art equipment.
