Originally from Idaho, April Kristi Boskee ventured to New England in 2019 and currently resides in New Hampshire with her husband and three young children.
April holds a Bachelor of Studio Arts from Brigham Young University-Idaho and a Master’s in Art and Culture Management from Rome Business School.
April's artwork is a reflection of the profound connection she feels with nature and the emotions it stirs within her. Through her oil landscapes, she aims to transport viewers to serene and tranquil vistas, capturing the interplay of light and shadow with a masterful command of color and composition.
While her primary focus lies in the realm of oil landscapes, she is most deeply passionate about creating expressive portraits in both charcoal and oil. April believes every person has value and meaningful experiences to share and learn from. She hopes to convey the essence of their personality through the careful rendering of her subjects through art.
